How to Request Support

Use this guide to quickly report bugs and share feedback so we can improve Axum GPT fast.

Report bugs or share feedback about Axum GPT in minutes. Email Bradley, Michole, or Michael with clear details, steps, and screenshots to help us act fast

 

📍 Step 1: Choose Who to Email

  • Email one of the following (CC the others):
    • Bradley: Bradley.opere@axum.earth
    • Michole: Michole.Nyamunga@axum.earth
    • Michael: michael.kayemba@axum.earth
  • Use one email per issue or idea to keep threads focused.

✅ Tip: If it’s a blocker, start your subject with [URGENT].


📍 Step 2: Draft Your Message (Teams or Email)

  • Subject template: [Axum GPT] Bug | Feedback — <short summary>
  • Include these details (bullets are perfect):
    • What happened vs. what you expected
    • Steps to reproduce (1–2–3…)
    • When it happened (date/time + timezone)
    • Environment (device, OS, browser/app version, network if relevant)
    • Severity: P0 (blocker) / P1 (major) / P2 (minor) / P3 (nice-to-have)
    • Sample prompt or use case (redact sensitive data)
    •  

✅ Tip: Keep it concise and scannable, bulleted are better than paragraphs


📍 Step 3: Attach Evidence if Possible

  • Add screenshots or a short screen recording (<30s).
  • Copy any error text or IDs shown in the UI.
 

🚧 Note: No personal data in screenshots or attachments.


📍 Step 4: Send & (Optionally) Follow Up

  • Send your email or team message to one of: Bradley.opere@axum.earth, Michole.Nyamunga@axum.earth, or michael.kayemba@axum.earth.
  • CC the other two always
  • Keep replies in the same thread to preserve context.

✅ Tip: For repeated issues, reply to the existing thread with new examples instead of starting a new email.
