📍 Step 2: Draft Your Message (Teams or Email)
- Subject template:

- Include these details (bullets are perfect):
- What happened vs. what you expected
- Steps to reproduce (1–2–3…)
- When it happened (date/time + timezone)
- Environment (device, OS, browser/app version, network if relevant)
- Severity: P0 (blocker) / P1 (major) / P2 (minor) / P3 (nice-to-have)
- Sample prompt or use case (redact sensitive data)

📍 Step 3: Attach Evidence if Possible
- Add screenshots or a short screen recording (<30s).
- Copy any error text or IDs shown in the UI.
